Join Ajna Dance Company for the 14th Annual Hindu Lamp Ceremony at Brooklyn Bridge Park on Saturday, August 8, for an evening of reflection, culture, and community.

Presented by dance artist and educator Aeilushi Mistry, the traditional Hindu Aarti ceremony takes place along the banks of the East River at Pebble Beach. Performed daily along India’s sacred rivers, the Aarti is a beautiful ritual of gratitude, remembrance, and prayer for peace and harmony. Guests are invited to participate by offering blessings and honoring loved ones.

Ajna Dance Company is honored to perform at 6:00 PM and 7:00 PM, sharing the beauty and richness of South Asian dance as part of this meaningful community gathering.
